I forgot to mention in my last post that baby Cecilia is finally home. She came home the Friday I posted about it and has been doing great. She has her days and nights mixed up, which is really bad for mom and dad since they both work, but they are dealing. HERE is their blog that they have started about her. They do not update it very often since they are so busy with the baby but it is a good way to keep up with them if you do not talk to them on a regular basis. I have been over to see her a few times now and she is just precious. A perfect little princess.
Leah and I got a chance to get out for a little while on Friday night. Her chiropractor was having a girls night out thing. Go and get a massage and a manicure listen to a couple of guest speakers and get some free goodies. We listened to the speakers and I made an appt for the hubby and I to go to the chiropractor but we did not get the manicure or massage :o( The speakers ran over on their time talking so the other ones had to leave instead of giving the massages and manicures, which really really sucked!!! But at least we got some time out without the kiddos!
The rest of the weekend was pretty quiet. We had to get a lot of stuff done since hubby is out of town for work. Had to get all his travel necessities, clothes packed etc. We did go to my parents for dinner Saturday night. Sunday was shopping day and I went to dinner with my grandma and dad while hubby stayed home and had some time with his kiddos.
OK, so I never thought it would happen, but the day has come... my daughter is going to go to cheerleading camp. Yes, MY daughter, CHEERLEADING... *sigh* I talked to the lady that is running the camp today and she told me she would mail me the paperwork for it. So, my beautiful, smart daughter is going to cheerlead... I never in a million years thought that it was going to be possible that she would do something like this but her best friend that lives next door really wanted her to go with her and do it so I okayed it. She will also be cheering at one of the football games for the Senior High, which is where I graduated from. So that will definetely have to be a picture night! :o) Other than that, life is normal. Kids are doing wonderfully and really enjoying their Summer.
